The pax then bear crawled back and did 9 twizzlers and bear crawled back and did 2 jump squats. The pax did this sequence until they got to 10 jump squats and 1 twizzler.-the next sequence was the same idea but with single count side straddle hops and single count overhead claps with the movement being crab walks. However, these exercises added up to 21. So, the pax started with 20 side straddle hops, crab walked approximately 20 yards this time and did 1 overhead clap. A little ways in the distance was shortened to 10 yards. The Q cut this short for time’s sake and got down to 11 side straddle hops and 10 overhead claps.-the third and final sequence was 11’s again with ranger merkins and big boy sit-ups as the exercises and the movement of 20 yards being broad jumps.
