Warm-O-Rama-10 count stretch to the toes-Spread the legs 10 count stretch to the left, right, and middle-10 count calf stretch each leg-10 merkins-20 side straddle hops in cadenceThe Thang-The pax started in the middle by doing 5 burpees. They would then carry the coupon overhead to each corner and back to the middle. At the corners they would do coupon curls. They started at the first corner with 10 coupon curls and added one curl with each successive corner. Every time the pax came back to the middle they would do 5 burpees. After the pax made it to all four corners and back they would run one lap around the park. This sequence was continued until about 5 minutes left in the workout. The goal was to make it through 4 rotations. However, most of the pax made it through 3 rotations with Bart Simpson making it quite a ways into the fourth rotation. The curls continued to add up from one sequence to the next.
