Mosey back to the AO for a “choose your own adventure”. Stalin “Rocky Balboaed” the last block again.

Mulling over observations made regarding workouts, I’ve tried to create a workout with choice. Run more, run less, no one is out front or trailing, yet still providing a beatdown.

QIC has set up cones in the circle around the center of the field. Each cone has an exercise on it and the group starts in the middle runs toward a cone, performs that work, then runs to the next cone. For those that enjoy a good run the path through the middle is offers a longer route, for those that don’t you can run around the perimeter. Keep going until the tank is empty.
