It was a snowy and cold morning in the gloom. What a great opportunity for a Black Ops/history lesson regarding the lesser known parts of our fair city Grand Rapids.

Mosey through downtown Grand Rapids, both Heartside and Heritage Hill areas, stopping at various historic locations throughout the city for a variety of exercises. Exercises were in a rotating fashion of 10 Burpees, 15 SSH (IC) and 15 Merkins.
