Moseyed down the road and back up again, followed by

Walking lunges into the pavilion. Two sets, of course, one in and one out.

Moseyed down, around and back up the stairs for more Double Trouble, this time in the form of:

We finally moseyed our way back down to the flag where we completed out double trouble by reversing our Warm-O-Rama sequence:

The church bells were ringing as it was noted that our workout time was coming in at 53 minutes, leaving plenty of time for an in-depth COT.
