The 1st F: Fitness

The most recognizable aspect of F3 is the workout. Workouts take place at an AO (area of operations, park or neighborhood streets) most often in the Gloom (early morning hours), are led by a rotating Q (leader). 

The workouts range from a 6 or so mile straight up run, to CORE workouts which are more friendly to the less fleet of foot and stay closer to the Shovel Flag. Most tend to be bootcamp style with a good mix of often creatively named exercises. Most weekday workouts last for 45 minutes, and Saturdays often bring a bonus 15 minutes to square out to an hour.

The purpose of consistent Fitness is to maintain a healthy relationship with our body and soul.
