Plenty of Mumblechatter online in the 36 hours prior to post. Due to extreme weather and poor road conditions, most PAX smartsacked in the interest of living without frostbite or vehicle damage.

The Thang – Countdown to Zero
All counts were given in reverse order, and one “Zero Burpee” was performed after every 1 count.
Exercises as follows:
20 x side straddle hops (IC), 1 burpee
Run the length of the garage
19 x Merkins (OYO), 1 burpee
Run the length of the garage
Repeated in a declining count fashion until total count was 110 SSH IC, 100 Merkins, 20 burpees. Final 3 rounds of Merkins were completed as Clerkins just for extra fun.
