The Thang:

YHC setup an exercise similar to one completed at the Go Ruck Light last month.  The PAX lined up facing a row in a parking lot.  We ran suicides to every line, 21 total, completing 1 curl at the beginning and 1 squat at the other end.  Reps increased one for every parking line.  Once that was completed we started in descending order from 21 reps to 1 rep, swapping out back rows for curls and merkins for squats.  Due to time constraints we only completed a little over half of the exercises.
