Backblast #112 – Batter Up!!!

The pitchers and catchers arrived last week for spring training, so YHC decided that we should play a little F3 baseball today to commemorate the event.

The Thang:

YHC created a baseball diamond with the use of coupons.  This is a circuit exercise, with timing of the exercise as 5 burpees at home plate, excusing the person at the next base.  Each completed lap is 1 inning, for a full 9 inning game.  There were different exercises at each base, changing every three innings.

o   1st base – Tricep extension, Shoulder press, curl

o   2nd base – Squats, Dead lift, Back rows

o   3rd base – BBS, calf raises, American hammers

After the 7th inning we switched to 10 burpees as the timing for the exercises.

Mole skin:

We ran out of time and the 9th inning was a replaced by 10 Burpees OYO.  Basic Bro tweaked his back early in the exercise and modified during the exercise.  Frank the Tank arrived late, however stayed for the remainder of the exercise.
