It was a cold and icy morning in the gloom.  YHC has been on vacation this week and did not plan ahead for the workout, so he decided to go with an old reliable routine and make it a lot harder.

The Thang:

YHC decided to a regular Dora work out and kick up a few notches.  People partnered up with coupons.  One partner would run 100 yards and return while the other partner completed the exercise with coupons.  Each group was responsible for 100 reps of 10 exercises (1000 or a millennium).
