After a week of hard leg beatdowns, QIC opted for an upper-body extravaganza:
The Thang – Yer Merkin Me Crazy
PAX began the workout with 15 Clerkins and some mumblechatter, then proceeded to mosey throughout the levels of The Bunker, interrupted in various corners with sets of ranger merkins, feet to wall merkins, fast walking garage lengths interrupted-at-each-post-by-merkins, hands against the wall merkins IC, incline-ramp bear crawl merkins, decline-ramp bear crawl merkins, and finally with a set of 10 Double Merkin Ramp Sprints.
A final 100 Merkins in rotation were attempted prior to Count O Rama. Set was a cluster and not worth repeating.
