Preworkout Slack Post: YHC is the QIC at GRCC tomorrow morning! This workout will be significantly more complicated than my last Q. So much so that I risk making German chocolate cake and earning myself a cake cutter. That being said, this workout is 100% You vs. You! Push yourself as hard as you want to, or take it easier if you need to, so if you haven’t posted in a while, this might be a good time to come out and get a thorough beatdown. YHC had planned a circuit workout with 8 stations distributed around the track. Each station had a specific exercise and number of reps, with options for modifying as needed, after which the PAX would mosey to the next station. During the Warm-O-Rama Mosey Lap, the stations were explained to the PAX. YHC told the crew that this morning was entirely You vs. You – I had set a personal goal of 6 laps (I Failed) and encouraged all of them to push themselves as hard as they wanted. Workout stations and number of reps were laid out as shown below
All of the PAX pushed it hard for the entire ~39 minute circuit, with most completing 4 laps or more! It was really impressive to see so many HIM out in The Gloom getting after it.
