The Thang:

Running a lil. Approximately 5K or 3.136 to be exact.

Conquering Michigan hill, then through Heritage hill to Crescent Park for some heated stairs. Circuit (2 times around):

  • 5 burpees

  • 10 squats

  • 15 LBC’s

  • 20 Merkins

Ran out of time had to modify round 3 to 5 burpees and 20 squats. Back to the AO
