YHC created a special routine in honor of the AO – CALDER 616. Calder Plaza is where we meet on Wednesdays, and 616 is the area code for Grand Rapids. The Pax paired up, with one of them doing reps of the exercise while the other completed a lap around the plaza. The teams alternated until all 616 reps were completed. Start over if you finish early.
C – Coupon Curls, 102 Reps
A – Alternating Lunges with coupon, 102 Each Leg
L – LBC with coupon, 102 reps based on a four count
D – Deadlifts with coupon, 102 reps
E – Elf on the Shelf with coupon, 102 reps each side
R – Rows with coupon, 106 reps.
Rinse and Repeat as necessary until the end. Everyone finished!
