Coupons in hand, the Pax completed a 0.4 mile run along Division and up a trail into Belknap Park. Along the way, we stopped twice to complete some warm up exercises:

With everyone’s blood flowing, it was time for the real fun to begin. This workout consisted of rucking your coupon up and down the Belknap park hill which is a 300-foot distance with 70 feet of vertical gain. Coupons were carried up and down every time.
