The Thang: Coupon Line in Rotation.

Our PAX lined up all the way down one side of the field, with a coupon in front of each man. And with plenty of mumble-chatter. Exercise proceeded as follows:

1st: bear crawl from one coupon to the next, followed by 2 blockees (total 24 blockees). PAX at the end of the line ran back to the beginning. STOP where you started.

2nd: a forward jump from one coupon to the next, followed by 5 bent over rows (total 60 bent over rows). PAX at the end of the line ran back to the beginning. STOP where you started.

3rd: side crawl to the right, followed by 10 curls (total 120 curls). PAX at the end of the line ran back to the beginning. STOP where you started.

4th: reversed direction and side crawled to the left, followed by 5 curls (total 60 curls). PAX at the end of the line ran back to the beginning. STOP where you started.

5th: a walking lunge, followed by 2 blockees (total 24 blockees). PAX at the end of the line ran back to the beginning. STOP where you started.


Mary: Ended with a forward seated coupon stretch and 20 Big Baby Sittups – knees spread and arms coming up to touch toes.

QIC challenged each PAX to sit on his coupon, and share what “weight” we needed to sit on and have patience with. Sometimes we pick up each other‘s heavy burdens and sometimes we have to sit and be patient on our own.
