BackBlast #348-Up and Down the Ladder Part 2

I have the Q tomorrow morning at the zoo.  We will be doing some running mixed in with some upper body, core, and additional cardio.  Coupons are required.  Please HC below.

AO-The Zoo

10 degrees with no precipitation

Core principles recited.  Disclaimer given to 6 PAX.  Forrest, BasicBro, Cuddle Buddy, Hasselhoff, Hank the Tank, and Less (QIC)


-Standing stretch straight down 15 count

-Spread legs down to the left and right 10 count each

-Shoulder stretch to the left and right 10 count each

-20 overhead claps in cadence

The Thang

-Ran 30 yards and did 2 merkins.  Ran back and did 4 merkins.  Kept adding 2 merkins until we got up to 20 merkins and then reversed reducing 2 merkins each time until we got down to 2. We then ran back to the start.  From 2 up to 20 and back down to 2 by 2’s was 200 reps.  The goal was to do the same routine with 5 different exercises on your own equaling 1,000 reps before the clock struck 8.

-The other four exercises in order were Coupon overhead press, Side straddle hops, Coupon curls, and Big boy situps.
