I have the Q tomorrow morning at Johnson Park.  Not 100% sure what we will be doing yet, but I have a couple different ideas.  Bring your coupons just in case, but we won’t be lifting the coupons.  Please HC below.

AO-Johnson Park

Warm-O-Rama

-Touch the toes 10 count

-Spread legs down to the left, middle, and right-15 count each

-Side straddle hops-25 in cadence

-slow merkins 10 in cadence

-Arm circles forward 10 in cadence

The Thang

-There was a rectangular course set up with both sides being about 40 yards and the ends being about 20 yards.

-The pax ran the first side and at the first corner did 10 of the first part of a burpee, which was a squat while touching both hands to the ground.

-The pax then did karyoke for 20 yards to the next corner and did 10 burpees without the pushup at the bottom and without the jump at the top.

-The pax then back peddled the other side to the next corner and did 10 full burpees except without the jump at the top.

-The pax then did karyoke 20 yards to the last corner where the coupons were set up and did 10 full burpees jumping over the coupon to the side on each burpee.

-The pax repeated this routine reducing one rep each time around until they got to 1 rep.
