  1. mosey with (high knees, butt kickers, shuffle inside, shuffle outside, take of pants stretch, open gait and close gait)

  2. Sprint x 3


  1. Squat pyramid from 10 to 30 reps, increasing rep count each minute. PAX had one minute to complete the allocated rep amount. (minute one —>10 reps, minute two —> 11 reps, etc,, minute 20 —> 30 reps

  2. Partner restricted sprints x 4 each

  3. Mosey up and then down The Stairs
