BackBlast #375-Motivators and Mountain Climbers

-Touch the toes 15 count

-Legs spread, down to the right, left, and middle-10 count each

-Standing groin stretch-10 count

-Overhead claps-15 in cadence

The Thang

-Moseyed along the trail doing pain stations along the way.  Rotated between motivators and Mountain Climbers.  Started with motivators starting from 5 and the next pain station did 20 mountain climbers in cadence.  For each successive set of motivators we added one and for each successive set of mountain climbers we reduced two until we ended up doing motivators starting from 10 and 10 mountain climbers in cadence.




The word of the day is “together.”  In these tough and uncertain times the government will attempt to do what they can to try and help us out, but ultimately the way we get through this is by pulling together and helping each other out.  We need to be aware of what others are going through and seek to help.
