F3 Chattanooga has put a challenge to F3 Nation: complete 1,000,000 burpees in 2020

They are two months into the year, and less than one tenth of the way to their goal. Tomorrow, I will answer the call. It will not be fun, but you will get better. Who will Hard Commit to Kraut’s Simple Workout 2.0?

THE THANG

A classic POAS work out, except that every pain station was a burpee station. ~2.0 miles were run while doing a descending burpee ladder. YHC asked various pax to count the burpees throughout the morning. Each number was done twice: 10, 10, 9, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1

In total, each PAX did 150 burpees. 11 PAX posted for a total of 1650 burpees, plus 50 submitted by Soft Spot who was home with his shorties, for an overall total of 1700
