-Stretch for 5 minutes

The Thang

-Set up a 4 corner course 40ft by 30ft by 40ft by 30ft.  Set the coupons at the first corner where you start.

-Bear crawl a 40ft side and do 13 burpees

-crab walk backwards a 30ft side and do 13 monkey humpers

-bear crawl a 40ft side and do 13 merkins

-crab walk backwards the final 30ft side and do 13 overhead coupon presses

-repeat the whole sequence reducing one rep each time around all the way down to 1 rep
