Set a timer for 40 minutes and do the following as many times as you can.

  1. 5 Blockees

  2. 15 Coupon Curls

  3. 15 Overhead Presses

  4. 15 Tricep Extensions

  5. 25 Squats with Coupon

  6. 15 Merkins on the Coupon (Berkins?)

  7. 15-4 Count Flutter Kick w/ Coupon extended above you

  8. 5 more Blockees

  9. 1-2 min Active Recovery (walk, jog, stretch. You may do this with or without the coupon)

  10. Rinse and Repeat
