  2. LRC stretching x 10sec hold
  3. Calf Stretch x 10sec hold Flapjack x 10sec hold
  4. Arm Circles x10 Flapjack x10
  5. Merkins x 20

The Thang

Whole Body Strength: Complete each exercise and move right into the next exercise.
1. Squat: x 12
2. Pistol Squat: x 8 (4ct)
3. Bulgarian Squat: x 10 (Each leg)
4. Coupon Press: x 10 (4ct)
5. Standing Tricep Extension : x 10
6. Bent Over Row: x 10 (4ct)
7. Mountain Climber: x 8 (4ct)
8. Feet to the Sky:  x 12
9. Plank: 60sec hold

Mosey around the parking lot for rest.

Rinse and Repeat for a total of 3x

Then finish with a cool down stretch.

  1. Arm Circles x 10

  3. Merkins x 20
