Pre-Blast: Afternoon HIMs. Sunday BlackOps. I will be at the Zoo AO for a duo. 1hr ride (12-15 Miles) ride followed by a 5k. Casual pace ride and run. HC if you want to join for part or all.
5 Core Principles:
- Free of charge
- Open to all men
- Held outdoors, rain or shine, hot or cold
- Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion with no training or certification necessary
- End w/ a Circle of Trust

OYO – Light Stretching to prepare for a ride and run.
Plan is simple. Set out on the trails for 30 minutes and come back. After the 1 hr ride we will transition into running shoes and hit the Butterworth trail for our 5k.
It was a great morning for the ride and our legs adjusted quickly to run.
