Pre-Blast: Gents – I’m going to be honest, its unfortunate that i’ve got the Q tomorrow. The M and I had plans to be in New York :apple: tomorrow to celebrate our :one::zero: year anniversary this weekend, but 2020 had other plans. Let’s not let changing plans and undesired circumstances affect our ability to advance and get after it. Who’s an HC for tomorrow’s beatdown at the track focused around :one::zero:. 0530 @ GRCC.

THE THANG
YHC placed 10 cones starting from the top of Lyon Street hill to Division Ave. The plan was to run a mile, which is Down, Up, Down, Up.

As the PAX moved down the hill they stopped at each cone and performed 1 Burpee, 2 Merkins, and 4 4ct Mountain Climbers.

We stopped at the bottom and the top of the hill both times to rep out 10 Squats and 10 4ct Flutter Kicks

MARY

Once we completed the mile hill run we only had ~8 minutes left in the workout. We broke off in three groups and circled up. This was a modified circle burp in which everybody would start doing high knees and the first group would perform a burpee, then switch to SSH. Group 2 would follow suit, then finally group 3. We kept alternating between high knees and SSH after each burpee until every group reached a total of 10 burpees.

We ended with AMRAP Merkins on YHC’s quick count.
