WARM -o- RAMA:

  • SSH x 20
  • Plank w/ a Twist (8ct)
  • Arm Circles (4ct) x 10 flapjack x 10
  • Circle of Goofballs x 14
  • Mozy to the GRCC parking garage

THE THANG: Tower of Power

The PAX split up into two groups. There is a stairwell on each side of the atrium.  The PAX are to take the stairs to each leave and perform an exercise. When the reach the bottom they are to perform the exercies again on each level working back to the top.

First level - Bear crawl to the center median, Perform 20 Merkins, Bear crawl back. 
Take the stairs down to the next level
Second level - Crab walk to the center median, Perform 20 Derkins, Crab walk back.
Take the stairs down to the next level
Third level - Lunge walk to the center median, Perform 20 Dips, Lunge walk back.
Take the stairs down to the next level
Fourth level - Burpee Broad Jump to the center median, Perform 20 BBSU, Burpee Broad Jump back.
Take the stairs down to the next ground level and cross the Atrium.

One of the stair wells on the Atrium is a level lower. So when we climbed we started off with the lunges.

Third level - Lunge walk to the center median, Perform 20 Dips, Lunge walk back.
Take the stairs up to the next level
Second level - Crab walk to the center median, Perform 20 Derkins, Crab walk back.
Take the stairs up to the next level
First level - Bear crawl to the center median, Perform 20 Merkins, Bear crawl back.
Take the stairs up to the top.

The PAX joined back up and took a Mozy back to the AO.

When we got back to the AO we circled up for a little more leg work with a variation of Failure to Launch.

PAX held Al Gore and each PAX took turns calling Jump. We were moving fairly well spaced when one PAX decided to try and get a head start on his turn and skipped one. Snoop put an end to that and as a penilty for almost being skipped he had the PAX hold for 30 seconds before we continued on.  

We then dropped to our SIX for some MARY.

MARY:

  • Flutter Kicks (4ct) x 20
  • Starfish Crunch (4ct) x 10
  • American Hammers (4ct) x 10
  • WWII Sit-ups x 20
