Core principles recited. Disclaimer given to 11 PAX. Mad Cow, Gravy, Hasselhoff, Bald Eagle, Ketchup, Lakers, Forrest, Soft Spot, Anastasia, Snoop, and Less (QIC)
-Rubber band stretch to the toes-10 in cadence
-Standing groin stretch-15 count
-50 side straddle hops in cadence
-40 kettle bell swings
-10 overhead presses
-This was a Dora with 3 pax in which one pax started at the start line doing the exercise. The second pax farmer carried two coupons 100 yards to where the third pax was holding plank. They would then switch spots and the other pax would farmer carry the two coupons back to where the first pax was doing the exercise, and they would once again switch spots and so forth.
The pax completed the following exercises:
- 400 Squats
- 300 Merkins
- 200 Coupon Curls
- 100 Burpees
There was 11 pax, so one group had to modify with just having two pax. The modification was the first pax would do the exercise while the second pax farmer carried the two coupons 100 yards, stopped and did 10 merkins, and then farmer carried the two coupons back to the start. The pax would then switch spots and so forth until all exercises were complete.
