Warm-o-Rama: simple stretches OYO
The Thang: slowed the pace down a tad for a nice recovery run, for Basic Bro. I wore a 40lb weight vest to make sure I wouldn’t, run to fast, and offer a better recovery run. .. We got 2,5 miles at a 10:30 pace. Finished with stretches and a few merkins . Plus we had some great one on one conversation.
