Each Pax paired up, one coupon per pair. The first Pax began walking overhead carrying the coupon toward the end of the field. The other Pax began working toward the goal of 100 burpees. In sets of 10, the first Pax would finish and run to the coupon Pax, switch coupon, and the other Pax would drop and continue the burpees, again set of 10. Once all 100 were achieved (50 per Pax), the pair would head to the AO and catch the 6 until all had finished their 100 burpees.

This continued with the following exercises in exchange for burpees:
Round 1: 100 burpees in sets of 10
Round 2: 200 BBS in sets of 20
Round 3: 300 squats in sets of 30
Round 4: 50 man makers in sets of 5

    Leaders carry those around us with strength, dignity, and perseverance just like Pax carried those coupons. Don’t be afraid to let others help when you fatigue. Trade off, but be ready to jump back into it once you are ready.
