Less Stretch. 40 merkins IC, 20 second rest. 20 merkins IC, arm stretches, 20 merkins IC.

THE THANG

PAX moseyed down the trail toward Millennium Park, and at the first incline performed 20 spiderman merkins, then moseyed the rest of the way to Millennium Park. Pax performed 10 inchworm merkins, then moseyed back toward the AO. Periodically PAX performed 10 merkins OYO until total merkin count was 150. At the AO Pax performed 50 more merkins in sets of 10, for a total of 200.
