THE THANG double leg frog hops, team timed suicide sprints, 200 pushups and 100 pull ups ( 10 pushups and 5 pull ups per minute for 20 minutes), team timed suicide sprints ( needed to beat the cumulative time from the 1st sprints), railroad tracks, inside leg touch take down/sprawl drill
