In a ladder format…Pax complete baseline exercise then run to marker #1. Complete exercise at marker #1 proceed “as called” (i.e. run or bear crawl) to baseline. Complete baseline exercise, then run to marker #2 – do exercise, etc… The last round starts at marker 5, then 4, then 3….
