Gravy arrived at 0530. Warm-o-rama commenced immediately.

WARM-o-RAMA Stretches, including Willie Mays Hays led by Less. 25 SSH IC. 20 Merkins.

THE THANG: Will Anastasia Make it to Work on Time? PAX moseyed into the hills, stopping periodically for Merkins IC, reps of 20, led by each PAX in turn. Total Merkins performed: 147. PAX also completed 25 squats IC and 15 Dips IC, also known as (AKA) “Whatever we do when we see a picnic table.” All non-running exercises were completed on the first trip over the hill. The second trip over the hill commenced approximately 26 minutes into the beatdown, and was completed at 06:16. Anastasia made it to work on time.
