Core principles recited. Disclaimer given to 6 PAX. Bald Eagle, Gravy, Ralphie, Pasty, Anastasia, and Less (QIC)
-Spread the legs. Stretch to the left, right, and middle for a 15 count each.
-20 side straddle hops in cadence
-calve stretch-15 count each leg
-15 mountain climbers in cadence
-The pax ran along the trail. One pax would stop to do an exercise while the rest of the pax would keep running. The pax that stopped to do the exercise would then have to catch up. When they caught up the next pax would stop to do the exercise and so on until all the pax had done the exercise. The pax then switched exercises as they continued. For sake of time, the Q decided to have two pax drop back at a time after the 3rd exercise. The exercises went as followed:
1. 10 burpees
2. 20 merkins
3. 20 squats
4. 30 side straddle hops (single count)
5. 10 burpees
6. 2 burpees
The word of the day is “Tenacious.” This word is often tied to the underdog, but those who practice this behavior often become the front runners. This is a never give up kind of attitude in which a person is relentless in going after their goals. In a sporting event and in life, it isn’t over until the final buzzer rings, so keep going after your goals.
