WARM-o-RAMA: Stretches, 20 coupon Mountain Climbers IC, 25 SSH IC
THE THANG: Tree Service. PAX performed a 100 yard overhead coupon carry, followed by 20 bent over coupon rows. PAX performed 20 Merkins, 10 on each side of the coupon. PAX performed a 300 yard regular coupon carry followed by 25 coupon squats, then ran coupon-free down the trail 1 mile. PAX stopped twice to remove trees that were obstructing the trail as the result of a November 1 windstorm. PAX ran back to where the coupons were napping and performed 25 coupon squats followed by a 300 yard regular coupon carry. PAX performed 20 Merkins, 10 on each side of the coupon, followed by 20 bent over coupon rows, followed by a 100 yard overhead coupon carry and 50 bent over coupon rows.
