We lined up facing the short side of the football field. The PAX completed 10 jump over burpees over their ruck/coupon and then overhead carried their coupon to the middle of the field and did two more burpees. The PAX chose however they wanted to carry their coupon to the other side. When reaching the other side the PAX did 10 Squats and farmer carried the coupon to the middle of the field and did 2 squats, switching farmer carry hand returning to the original spot. Rinse and repeat, dropping one repetition(9,8,7,6,etc) each time for a total of 75 burpees and 75 squats. We then circled up and did 20 coupon curls and 20 skull crushers.
