I have the Q tomorrow morning at Johnson Park.  My upper body is pretty sore from a week of working towards achieving the NFS Challenge. So, this workout will be mainly running with some movement exercises mixed in and some core. Please HC below. See you tomorrow morning.

AO-Johnson Park

-15 second stretches to the toes

-10 seconds right over left foot stretches and left over right foot stretches

-20 motivators in cadence

The Thang

-The pax ran along the trail and stopped along the way to do motivators. At the first stop the pax did motivators from 5 down to 1. The pax added one to the motivators at each stop until the last stop when they did motivators from 9 down to 1. The pax ran for 3 miles in total.


-30 American Hammers in cadence

-30 Flutter kicks in cadence

-50 Big Boy Situps
