The Thang: F3 Deck of Cards
I had each PAX draw a card. I set those aside. If we had time we would add them in.
Number cards are 10, Face cards 25, Ace 50, Joker is half a lap around the track. I set three cones up across the field for our distance.
YHC drew a few cards and called out the exercise and we completed them in cadence. The PAX completed the deck in our 40ish minutes remaining.
