-10 rubber band stretches to the toes in cadence

-Spread the legs. 10 count stretches to the right, left, and middle.

-15 overhead claps in cadence into 15 seal claps in cadence into 15 overhead claps in cadence into 15 seal claps in cadence

-Team Merkins from 1 to 8

The Thang

-The pax did a dora in which they teamed up in groups of two.

-One pax would carry the coupon overhead for about 60 yards and back.  If they could no longer hold the coupon over their head, they would sit the coupons down and do 5 burpees with no jump at the top and then continue carrying the coupon overhead.

-While the one pax was carrying the coupon, the other pax was doing exercises.  The goal was to get through 400 merkins, 300 squats, 200 big boy situps, and 100 coupon curls.  However, the plan was a little aggressive, and I believe the furthest any group got was to complete the big boy situps.

-The pax then carried the coupons overhead back to the AO.
