THE THANG

Today’s beatdown was the 12 days of Christmas. YHC set up 12 cones around the park with an exercise to do at each. Just like in the song, we started at the first day, then did the second and the first, then the third, second, first, etc.

The 12 stations were:

  • 1 burpee
  • 2 BBS
  • 3 Jump Squats
  • 4 Hand Release Merkins
  • 5 Motivators
  • 6 flutter kicks
  • 7 burpees
  • 8 BBS
  • 9 Jump Squats
  • 10 Hand Release Merkins
  • 11 flutter kicks
  • 12 burpees

No PAX completed all 12 days in the allotted time. YHC finished 8 while others did more.
