Pit of Misery starting at the top of the parking garage.
10 Buprees OYO, 40 SSH IC, Mosey down to the next level of the garage
9 Burpees OYO, 36 SSH IC, Mosey down to the next level
Rinse and Repeat until we get to the bottom of the garage and 1 Burpee/4 SSH

Now you are at the bottom of the pit and need to get back out… 10 burpees/40 SSH… until we get back to the top an do 1 burpee/4 SSH

Final buy out – 10 burpees / 40 SSH

Total Count: 120 Burpees and 480 SSH
