The Thang:

Pax left their coupons at Point A (midway point of the long run of the parking lot) and began a mosey around the perimeter of the parking lot. At Point B (midway point of the other long run of the parking lot) one pax stayed put and began doing exercises while the other pax kept running the perimeter. When the pax arrived at Point A the next pax stopped and started doing the prescribed exercises. The remaining pax kept running the perimeter and replaced the pax who started at Point B. The pax who was exercising there ran the perimeter to Point A and so on.

Round 1 (3x Each)

Point A – Mobility Bar Shoulder Stretch (10x) / Squats with wood bar (10x)
Point B – Merkins (10x) / OH Press (10x)

Round 2 (3x Each)

Point A – Coupon Curls (10x) / Lunges (10x)
Point B – Mobility Bar Twists (10x) / LBC’s (10x)

Pax did exercises in sets of 10 until the pax who was running between the stations tagged them out.

YHC also promised that we would through our coupons to the top of the hill, so the next evolution was a “Less Walk” Indian Run Coupon Throw – which translated was each pax OH carried a coupon, and proceeded to heave it as far as they could. The pax behind the throwing pax then walked to where that coupon landed and threw his coupon. This was done in a rotating fashion until we reached the summit of the sledding hill.

On the descent, pax crawl beared dragging their coupon, and followed the same pattern to throw coupons – although this time KB Thruster throws were also allowed.

Upon returning to the AO, the pax completed 5 burpees and held plank for just under a minute.
