High knees, Kick butt, open the gait, close the gait, take off pants
agility and sprinting exercises, for Rest we did merkins, squats, pull-ups, dips, hello dolly, LBC. next we did some partner resistance sprinting
lumbar spine safe sit-ups, side plank ( each side)
