I have the Q at Johnson Park in the morning.  Who’s going to join me?  No coupons but please bring a sled if you have one.  I will be bringing a couple extra as well.  We are going to work hard and have some fun along the way.  Please HC below.

-10 count stretch down to the toes

-Spread the legs and a 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle

-10 count standing groin stretch

-10 slow merkins in cadence

-10 slow squats in cadence

The Thang

-The pax did a dora.  There was three of us, so two of the pax worked together while the other pax worked separately.

-The pax started at the bottom of the sledding hill.  One pax or group would do exercises while the other pax or group would run with their sled to the top of the hill and then sled back down to the pax doing the exercises and then switch spots.  The pax completed 300 merkins, 200 squats, and 100 burpees.
