Pre-Blast | 2.11.21 I have the Q at Johnson Park tomorrow. It is going to be different than a typical Monday beatdown. We will be doing the 22 WOD for awareness of suicide prevention for veterans. It may go a little longer than the planned 45 minutes, where are my HC’s? Coupons are required.

Today we completed the 22 WOD, which is 22 repititions of 22 exercises, in memory of the 22 veterans that complete suicide a day. The exercises were SSH, squats, curls, merkins, mountain climbers, front lunge, shoulder press, burpees, BBS, tricept extensions, imperial walkers, flutter kicks, Carolina dry docks, back lunge, LBS, calf rases, good mornings, squat thrusters, back row, American hammer, jump squats.
