I have the Q tomorrow morning at the Zoo.  There‚Äôs a heat wave coming through, so we should see lots of pax posting.  No coupons required.  See you in the morning.  Please HC below.

AO-The Zoo

10 degrees with no precipitation

Core principles recited.  Disclaimer given to 8 PAX.  Bald Eagle, Mad Cow, Miss Daisy, Catan, Hasselhoff, Hand the Tank, Snoop, and Less (QIC)

Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch down to the toes

-Spread the legs and a 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle

-10 count standing groin stetch

-10 count calf stretch each leg

-Mosey to the base of the hill

The Thang

-The pax moseyed to the top of the hill at the electrical box and back down to bottom.  At the top they would do four count mountain climbers, and at the bottom they would do Catalina wine mixers.  The goal was to do 210 reps combined of four count mountain climbers and Catalina wine mixers. The max reps the pax were allowed to do on each time up and down for mountain climbers and Catalina wine mixers combined was 30 reps.  The minimum they could do on either exercise was 5.  They could split up the reps between mountain climbers and Catalina wine mixers however they wanted within those parameters.  In order to complete the workout the pax would ultimately have to go up and down the hill 7 times.  The pax continued the challenge until 7:55 at which time they moseyed back to the AO.
