Simple leg stretches
10 / arm circles, 10 / overhead claps, and 10/ seal claps.
Pax mosied up stairs with coupons. Then pax walked 2 more blocks with coupons.
Pax would walk around the block carrying coupons above the head. If they needed a break they could drop coupon and perform 3 burpees. At each corner a different excercise would be performed
1st corner- 5 lunges per leg
2nd- 10 merkins
3rd- 15 curls
4th- 20 squats butt on coupon.
Pax would then mosie back to the stairs.
Perform 20 American Hammers
rinse and repeat with coupons and burpees at each landing.
3× up and back down.
Ending with 10 American Hammers with coupons, and 9 big boy situps.
