-10 count stretch down to the toes
-Spread the legs and a 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle
-10 count standing groin stetch
-15 Mountain hops-Single count-Like a mountain climber, but both feet go forward and back at the same time.
-15 squat jumps
-This was a four corner workout. The pax started at one corner of the parking lot where the coupons were positioned on the ground. They ran the length of the parking lot to the next corner and did the first part of the burpee, which is basically just a squat while touching your hands on the ground, one time. The pax then ran the width of the parking lot to the next corner and did a burpee without the merkin at the bottom and without the jump at the top, one time. The pax then ran the length of the parking lot to the next corner and did a burpee without the jump at the top, one time. The pax then ran the width of the parking lot to the final corner where the coupons were positioned on the ground and did one full burpee where the jump at the top was jumping over the coupon from one side to the other. The pax then repeated this whole sequence adding one rep each time around until they finished by doing 10 reps.
