THE THANG
We did an AMRAP workout with 8 exercises. Each Pax did the exercise until he got tired. Then he did 10 SSH (4ct) and moved on to the next exercise. Everyone completed two full circuits:

  • Uneven coupon merkins
  • Big Boy Situps
  • Coupon Curls
  • Coupon Squats
  • Overhead Press
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Elf on a Shelf
  • Plank

MARY
One of the core principals of F3 is that workouts are led by men in a rotating fashion. For the last few weeks, it has been challenging to fill all the available Q spots. One of the barriers to someone stepping up as a Q is an unfamiliarity with counting in cadence. With 8 exercises in our circuit, and 8 Pax at the beatdown, it was a great time to give everyone an opportunity to practice leading and counting in cadence. We each took a turn leading one of the exercises from the thang, followed by leading the pax in SSH in cadence. All pax took a turn and everyone improved themselves.
